Seacoast Machine specializes in CNC machining services including tight tolerance milling. We have the capability of holding tolerances of .0001″ and experience in machining a variety of materials. Our vertical machining centers give us 2D and 3D milling capability that allow us to produce prototype, small batch or large batch parts.
Turning Services
Turning Services
Our CNC capabilities do not stop at milling. With the use of our high precision CNC lathe, we are able to offer turning, threading, grooving, boring services and more. Our turning machines can handle many different sized parts and excel at batch part production and tight tolerance machining.
SubSystem Assembly
Subsystem Assembly
Seacoast Machine also offers subsystem assembly to several customers. The ability to have certain systems shipped to you fully completed speeds up production and reduces headaches when completing orders.
Laser Engraving
Laser Engraving
An in-house laser engraver gives us the capability to do simple part markings or more complex aesthetic designs. Our machine can offer deeper etched lines or multi-colored images
CAD Software Capabilities
CAD Software Capabilities
Our facility uses the newest version of Mastercam to program our machines. This allows us to import many different file types from Solidworks, Autodesk, Inventor, Parasolids, and many more.
We also have the ability to program 3D milling toolpaths, allowing us to create unique and unusually shaped products for our customers.

After over 40 years in the industry, Seacoast Machine has made many connections. This allows us to produce parts that may include services we do not offer in-house, such as welding and coating.
